Is Bestiii free? Yes, Bestiii is free to use.
How do I delete my account? In the app, open your account (the heart at the top right), scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account. It deletes your account and everything in it, right away. Can’t get into the app? Email us from the address you signed up with and we’ll do it for you.
Can I get a copy of my data? Yes. In your account, tap Download my data for one file with everything Bestiii keeps about you.
Where does my board go? Your board is saved to your account, so it follows you to a new phone when you sign in.
Is Bestiii a substitute for professional advice? No. Horoscopes and tarot are for reflection and fun, not medical, legal or financial advice.
